With a market capitalization of Rs 10,790 crore, the shares of Intellect Design Arena Ltd is currently trading at Rs 777, down by 32 percent from its 52-week high of Rs 1,143.15 per share. The stock has given a negative return of 22 percent over the last one year.

Intellect Design Arena has bagged a multi-year, multi-million-dollar digital transformation contract with a global bank based in the UK. Although the name of the client has not been disclosed by the company, it is stated that it is one of the UK’s top banking organizations, which is considering growing its footprint in the wholesale banking space to major financial hubs, such as India, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
Intellect will use its eMACH.ai Wholesale Banking platform to drive the bank’s growth strategy and provide contextual customer experiences. The eMACH.ai solution is microservices-based, Application Programming Interface (API)-first, cloud-native, and headless, and is a single digital backbone that drives the bank’s global wholesale banking business, the company stated.
Intellect’s Wholesale Banking Platform will offer one platform that supports four significant revenue pools, namely corporate deposits, commercial lending, payments, and digital engagement.

Financial Highlights
The company reported a revenue of Rs 610 crore in Q3 FY25, down by 3.7 percent from its Q3 FY24 revenue of Rs 634 crore. It reported a net profit of Rs 71 crore, down by 16.4 percent, from its Q3 FY24 net profit of Rs 85 crore.It is currently trading at a P/E of 39.89x, higher than the industry average of 30.75x. It has an ROE and ROCE of 14.7 percent and 20.3 percent.
