The price of an indian penny NBFC stock has hit a 5 percent upper circuit from the previous closing price as the company’s financial results show a robust Net profit growth of 394 percent YOY and revenue growth of  258 percent.

What Happened

Gowra Leasing & Finance Ltd, a non-deposit taking NBFC, has announced its results for the Financial year ‘25. Its Revenue grew by 258 percent YoY from Rs. 0.60 Crores in Q4FY24 to Rs. 2.15 Crores in Q4FY25, and it grew by 41.4 percent. percent QoQ from Rs. 1.52 Crores in Q3FY25 to Rs. 2.15 Crores in Q4FY25. This is because of the increase in the  interest income to Rs 2.12 crores and other charges.

Its Net Profit grew by 394 percent YoY from Rs. 0.31 Crores in Q4FY24 to Rs. 1.53 Crores in Q4FY25. The Net profits have decreased by 15 percent QoQ from Rs. 1.80 Crores in Q3FY25 to Rs. 1.53 Crores in Q4FY25. The net profit decreased because of the company’s increase in expenses like Finance costs, Employee benefit expenses, and Taxes of Earlier Years being paid.

The company’s Earnings Before Interest, Depreciation, and Taxes (EBIDT) has also grown by 349 percent YOY from Rs 0.41 crs in Q4FY24 to Rs  1.84 crs in Q4FY25. Its EPS has also grown by 173 percent YOY from Rs. 1.03  in Q4FY24 to Rs. 2.81  in Q4FY25.
