Q4 FY25 Result Walkthrough

Coming into the quarterly results of Nila Spaces Limited, the company’s consolidated revenue from operations increased by 23.13 percent YOY, from Rs. 32.29 crore in Q4 FY24 to Rs. 39.76 crore in Q4 FY25, and grew by 20.41 percent QoQ from Rs. 33.02 crore in Q3 FY25.

In Q4 FY25, Nila Spaces Limited’s consolidated net profit increased by 116.13 percent YOY, reaching Rs. 4.69 crore compared to Rs. 2.17 crore during the same period last year. As compared to Q4 FY25, the net profit has increased by 25.07 percent, from Rs. 3.75 crore in Q3 FY25. The basic earnings per share increased by 100 percent and stood at Rs. 0.12 as against Rs. 0.06 recorded in the same quarter in the previous year 2024.

FY25 Result: Nila Spaces Limited’s revenue has increased from Rs. 90.71 crore in FY24 to Rs. 135.80 crore in FY25, which is a growth of 49.71 percent. The net profit has also grown by 9.31 percent, from Rs. 13.42 crore in FY24 to Rs. 14.67 crore in FY25.
