With a market capitalization of Rs. 754.95 crore on Monday, shares of Infobeans Technologies Limited jumped upto 2.6 percent, making a high of Rs. 313.00 per share compared to its previous closing price of Rs. 305.00 per share.
Infobeans Technologies Limited, engaged in AI-led design and software solutions for enterprise clients, has secured a domestic contract from M.P. State Electronics Development Corporation Ltd for the construction of a Green IT Park Building at IT Park in Indore, under a Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Transfer (DBFOT) model through a Public Private Partnership (PPP).
InfoBeans will form a consortium with a developer and investor, holding a 51 percent stake, as it plans to occupy half of the proposed 4 lakh sq ft green building. The project is based on a 50-year lease, including a 36-month construction period, with an initial capital infusion of Rs. 30 crore and the remainder funded through debt, and the contract covers 3 acres of land at Pardesipura IT Park.
Financial & Segmental Highlights
The company’s revenue rose by 7.1 percent from Rs. 100.1 crore to Rs. 107.22 crore in Q4FY24-25. Meanwhile, the Net profit increased from Rs. 9.24 crores to Rs. 10.5 crores during the same period.
InfoBeans Technologies Limited earns its revenue mainly from two segments: Product Engineering, which contributes 52 percent, and Digital Transformation, accounting for 48 percent.
