This Luxury Hotel Operator is in focus after posting its Q4 results for FY25, where it reported robust results both on the Revenue and Net Profit front. Following the results, the shares surged by Rs. 7.70 percent.
With a market capitalization of Rs. 18,647 Crore, the stock of Ventive Hospitality opened at Rs. 830, up 6.51 percent from yesterday’s close, and after opening, it made a high of Rs. 839, up 7.70 percent.
Q4 FY25 Financial Highlights
The company reported a 462.90 percent YoY increase in revenue from Rs. 124 Crore in Q4FY24 to Rs. 698 Crore in Q4FY25. On a QoQ basis, the company reported an increase of 30.71 percent in revenue from Rs. 534 Crore in the previous quarter.
Their Net profit saw an increase of 221.27 percent YoY from Rs. 47 Crore to Rs. 151 Crore for the same period. On a QoQ basis, the company reported an impressive increase of 331.42 percent in Net profit from Rs. 35 Crore in the previous quarter.
The company in the Media Release states that they have the Highest ADR ( Average Daily Rate) & TRevPAR (Total Revenue Per Available Room) in the Industry. The full-year ADR was at Rs. 20,769, which was up 4 percent YoY, and TRevPAR was at Rs. 22,981, up 14 percent YoY.
Commenting on the Results, Ranjit Batra, the CEO, said that Strong demand momentum and disciplined execution helped the company deliver its best-ever business performance in Q4. The Company crossed two important milestones, surpassing Rs. 2,000 Crore in revenue and Rs. 1,000 Crore in EBITDA profit for the full year. This performance has put the company in the top 4 most profitable listed hospitality companies in India.
