During Thursday’s trading session, the shares of Ritesh International Ltd opened at an intraday high of Rs.39.00 per share, hitting the 10 percent upper circuit limit from its previous close of Rs.35.46 per share. Over the past five years, the stock has delivered over 1,100 percent returns.
Financial Performance
Ritesh International Ltd saw a notable rise driven by strong growth in both net profit and revenue, as highlighted in its latest financial results. In Q4 FY25, the company reported revenue of Rs.37.64 crore, reflecting a 52.5 percent year-on-year growth compared to Rs.24.68 crore in Q4 FY24. However, on a sequential basis, revenue dipped by 3.9 percent from Rs.39.16 crore in Q3 FY25, indicating a slight slowdown after previous momentum.
Net profit for the quarter stood at Rs. 2.01 crore, a strong recovery from a net loss of Rs. 0.02 crore in the same period last year. Compared to Rs.0.90 crore in Q3 FY25, the profit jumped by 123.3 percent, showcasing substantial improvement in quarterly earnings.
For the full year FY25, the company recorded a total revenue of Rs.129.12 crore, up 54.2 percent from Rs.83.75 crore in FY24. Additionally, it posted a net profit of Rs.3.29 crore for the year, reversing a loss of Rs.0.07 crore in FY24.

The company’s product portfolio comprises Stearic Acid (PVC and Rubber Grade, Wonder Super Double Distilled Grade), Refined Glycerine (IW Grade), and Distilled Fatty Acid/Fatty Acid Pitch, with job work services also offered. The company supplies these products to meet various client requirements.
The company is engaged in the manufacturing and supply of various grades of stearic acid, available in liquid form, flakes, and sprayed prills. It supplies stearic acid to multiple industries across locations including Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Mumbai, Delhi, Noida, Jaipur, and Rajasthan for diverse applications.
Specific products include stearic acid candle grade in Ludhiana, refined glycerine industrial grade in Jalandhar, stearic acid PVC grade in Amritsar, and Wonder Stearic Acid in Jaipur. The company also serves rubber industries in Mumbai and provides stearic acid in Barnala and Rajasthan for manufacturing purposes.
