The Tata Neu Infinity HDFC Bank Credit Card has updated its terms of accessing airport lounge services, effective from June 10, 2025. These modifications make a transition from the previous swipe-based access system to a voucher-based model for eligible customers, introducing new terms of eligibility criteria and other particulars.
Voucher-based domestic lounge access
- Cardholders will no longer gain lounge entry by swiping their credit cards at lounge counters. Instead access is now granted through lounge vouchers that will be issued upon meeting a quarterly spending threshold of INR 50,000.
- Eligible cardholders can claim up to two complimentary domestic lounge vouchers per quarter, totaling eight per calendar year
- Vouchers can be used at participating lounges listed by HDFC Bank.
Redemption process
- Upon clearing the spending milestone, HDFC Bank will notify eligible customers via SMS and email.
- Once notified, eligible cardholders must claim their lounge vouchers within 120 days through the link provided in the message/mail. Claimed vouchers remain valid for 180 days from the date they are issued.
Tracking eligibility status
- Cardholders can monitor their spending and voucher eligibility through HDFC Bank’s NetBanking or MobileBanking platforms.
- Navigating to the ‘Redeem Reward Points’ section will provide access to the Rewards Portal, where voucher status and spending details are available.

Existing Lounge Access Terms Until June 9, 2025:
- Until the new changes are effective, Tata Neu Infinity HDFC Bank credit cardholders can enjoy access to domestic lounges by swiping their credit cards at lounge counters till June 9, 2025.
- In each calendar quarter, two complimentary domestic lounge accesses are available, totaling eight per year. A nominal fee of ₹2 will be charged to the credit card for each lounge access.
International Lounge Access via Priority Pass:
- For international lounge access, cardholders must request a Priority Pass separately.
- The cardholder and an add-on member can collectively avail up to four complimentary international lounge accesses per calendar year (one per quarter).
- Additional visits beyond the complimentary quota will incur a charge of $27 plus GST per visit.
The shift to a voucher-based lounge access system for the Tata Neu Infinity HDFC Bank Credit Card introduces a more structured approach, which streamlines the complimentary lounge access, aligning the benefits with card usage. Cardholders are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the new criteria and processes to take full advantage of the available lounge privileges.
