This small-cap Auto Ancillaries stock, engaged in manufacturing hot coiled springs, air springs, forgings, and LHB springs for railway and heavy engineering applications across India, hits a 20 percent upper circuit after the company reported March quarterly results with a 131 percent YOY increase in net profit and announced a dividend of Rs. 1.8 per equity share.
With a market capitalization of Rs. 1,212.33 crores, the shares of Frontier Springs Limited hit a 20 percent upper circuit of Rs. 3,078.15 per share on Monday, up from its previous closing price of Rs. 2,565.15 per share.
Q4 FY25 Result Walkthrough:
Coming into the quarterly results of Frontier Springs Limited, the company’s revenue from operations increased by 58.77 percent YOY, from Rs. 44.14 crore in Q4 FY24 to Rs. 70.08 crore in Q4 FY25, and grew by 20.29 percent QoQ from Rs. 58.26 crore in Q3 FY25.
In Q4 FY25, Frontier Springs Limited’s consolidated net profit increased by 130.89 percent YOY, reaching Rs. 11.66 crore compared to Rs. 5.05 crore during the same period last year. As compared to Q3 FY25, the net profit has increased by 33.56 percent, from Rs. 8.73 crore. The basic earnings per share increased by 115.29 percent and stood at Rs. 29.15 as against Rs. 13.54 recorded in the same quarter in the previous year, 2024.
Dividend: The Frontier Springs board of directors has recommended paying a final dividend at the rate of 18 percent on the face value of paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10 each for the financial year 2024-25, which is a dividend of Rs. 1.8 per equity share.
FY25 Result: Frontier Springs Limited’s revenue has increased from Rs. 135.41 crore in FY24 to Rs. 231.34 crore in FY25, which is a growth of 70.84 percent. The net profit has also grown by 167.03 percent, from Rs. 12.98 crore in FY24 to Rs. 34.66 crore in FY25.
