With a market capitalisation of Rs. 13,161 Crore, the stock of Minda Corporation opened at Rs. 525.05, around the same level as yesterday’s close, and after opening, it made a high of Rs. 557, up 6.34 percent. Additionally, the Yearly return for the stock is 29 percent, and the past 5-year return is an impressive 838 percent.
Financial Highlights & Dividend Recommendation
The company reported an 8.72 percent YoY increase in revenue from Rs. 1,215 Crore in Q4FY24 to Rs. 1,321 Crore in Q4FY25. On a QoQ basis, the company reported an increase of 5.42 percent in revenue from Rs. 1,253 Crore in the previous quarter.
Their Net profit saw a decrease of 26.76 percent YoY from Rs. 71 Crore to Rs. 52 Crore for the same period. On a QoQ basis, the company reported a decrease of 20 percent in Net profit from Rs. 65 Crore in the previous quarter.
They reported EBITDA Margin growth of 17 Bps from 11.40 percent in Q4 FY24 to 11.60 percent in Q4 FY25. The 11.60 percent was the highest ever EBITDA margin reported by the company, However, the PAT Margin saw a degrowth of 185 Bps to 3.90 percent from 5.80 percent for the same period.
The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.90 per share or 45 percent of the face value of Rs. 2 per share. The dividend is subject to approval by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting
