With a market capitalization of Rs. 42.94 crores on Thursday, the shares of Kaiser Corporation Ltd hit a 5 percent upper circuit, making a high of Rs. 8.16 per share compared to its previous closing price of Rs. 7.78 per share.
Kaiser Corporation Limited has announced that its subsidiary, Xicon International Limited, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Korea EHT, a renowned global manufacturer of electric heat tracing cables.
Korea EHT, established in 1989 and operating in regions such as the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the USA, is now aiming to enter the Indian market. Under this MoU, Xicon International and Korea EHT will collaborate to explore opportunities in the Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) sector both in India and internationally. The partnership will also focus on joint manufacturing to reduce costs and enhance the market share of both companies.

The company’s revenue rose by 100 percent from Rs. 3.43 crore to Rs. 6.86 crore in Q4FY24-25. Meanwhile, the Net profit rose from Rs. 0.23 crore to Rs. 0.26 crore during the same period.
