The shares of the prominent construction company gained up to 5 percent in today’s trading session after the company secured a significant work order from NBCC (India) Ltd worth Rs 173 crore.

With a market capitalization of Rs 525.35 crore, the shares of Globe Civil Projects Ltd were trading at Rs 87.75 per share, decreasing around 0.25 percent as compared to the previous closing price of Rs 87.97 apiece.

The shares of Globe Civil Projects Ltd have seen positive movement after securing a letter of award for a major infrastructure project at the Central University of Punjab in Ghudda, Bathinda. The Rs 173 crore EPC contract covers academic and residential buildings, along with campus development. The project is to be completed within 21 months, boosting investor confidence.

Looking forward to the company’s financial performance, revenue increased by 60 percent from Rs 186 crore in FY23-24 to Rs 297 crore in FY24-25. Further, during the same time frame, net profit increased by 200 percent from Rs 5 crore to Rs 15 crore.
