Shares of a leading manufacturer of power semiconductor, power electronic equipment and railway transportation equipment hit a 20 percent upper circuit on Tuesday, after reporting financial results for Q1 FY26 with a net profit growth of around 28 percent QoQ and 83 percent YoY.
With a market cap of Rs. 2,937.6 crores, shares of Hind Rectifiers Limited hit a 20 percent upper circuit to a new 52-week high at Rs. 1,711.65 on BSE, as against its previous closing price of Rs. 1,426.4. The stock has delivered multibagger returns of around 131 percent in the last one year, and has gained by over 33 percent in the last one month.

According to the latest regulatory filings on the stock exchanges, Hind Rectifiers Limited announced the financial results for Q1 FY26 on Tuesday during market hours.
For Q1 FY26, Hind Rectifiers reported a consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 214.8 crores, marking around a 16 percent QoQ growth compared to Rs. 185 crores in Q4 FY25, and a year-on-year increase of about 58 percent from Rs. 135.5 crores recorded in Q1 FY25.
The company’s net profit for the quarter stood at Rs. 12.8 crores, reflecting a growth of around 28 percent QoQ compared to Rs. 10 crores in Q4 FY25, and a year-on-year rise of about 83 percent from Rs. 7 crores recorded in Q1 FY25.
Further, the Board of Hind Rectifiers has approved the issuance of 2 lakhs warrants on a preferential basis to certain identified persons for cash consideration at an issue price of Rs. 1,368.23 per equity warrant, aggregating to around Rs. 27.4 crores. As per the shareholding pattern of June 2025, the ace investor Mukul Mahavir Agrawal holds a 1.46 percent stake in Hind Rectifiers.
