With market capitalization of Rs. 1,224 cr, the shares of Sathlokhar Synergys E&C Global Ltd are currently valued at Rs. 508.60 per share, increasing 13.90% in today’s market from previous closing of Rs. 406.30 per share.

Sathlokhar Synergys E&C Global Ltd has significantly strengthened its project portfolio with four new contracts worth Rs. 366.07 crores (including GST), taking its total order book to Rs. 1,201.59 crores (excluding GST), scheduled for execution over the next 8–10 months.
The company has secured diverse projects across key industries, underscoring its growing presence in civil, PEB, MEP, and electrical infrastructure. A major order worth Rs. 338.36 crores has been awarded by Reliance Consumer Products Limited (Producer of Campa Cola Beverages), a subsidiary of Reliance Industries, for civil and PEB works at Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, to be completed by February 2026.
Komatsu India Private Limited, a Japan-based global heavy equipment maker, has entrusted SSEGL with civil works for a canteen building at SIPCOT Industrial Park, Oragadam, Tamil Nadu, valued at Rs. 10.37 crores, with completion slated for January 2026.
Freetrend Industrial India Private Limited (part of the Dean Shoes group, Adidas supplier) has awarded an Rs. 4.95 crores contract for electrical works at Indospace Industrial Park, Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu, to be completed by March 2026.
Karaikal Iyangars Foods Limited, a renowned South Indian bakery brand, has given SSEGL a Rs. 12.39 crores order for civil, MEP, and PEB works at Karaikal, Pondicherry, with delivery by March 2026. These contracts not only diversify SSEGL’s client base across beverages, heavy equipment, footwear manufacturing, and food processing sectors but also strengthen relationships with marquee domestic and global players, reinforcing the company’s execution capabilities and growth momentum.

The company’s Profit After Tax (PAT) also grew substantially by 63.68%, reaching Rs. 42.77 crores compared to Rs. 26.13 crores in the previous year.
