It follows Carrie, Miranda, and Charlotte as they navigate their 50s. In the city, the series gave us the opportunity to catch up with the girls and see how they are fighting in today’s world, it was great to see dear characters together again; they are big, if not intelligent, but as always glamorous. The revival may not have the magic of the origin, but it is still very fun and worth watching.

6. Dawson’s Creek

The seminal teen drama Dawson’s Creek wrapped in 2003, when the artists were small, beautiful, and immediately recognizable for people of a certain age. He rejoined his 20th anniversary in 2018, a little more mature but still grand. He appeared in the show Entertainment Weekly and shared his favourite groundbreaking story lines, and of course, he discussed the viral memes. You will also get to hear from producer Kevin Williamson, who shared some very attractive insights in the series. It is definitely great seeing the gang back together.  

5. Degrassi: The Next Generation

Everybody loves a cast TV reunion, but too often the biggest stars don’t bother to show up, and then there’s Drake in the video for I’m Upset, the rapper reunited his Degrassi castmates in the Halls that started it all. The combination of new content with the classic setting is an epic Nostalgia trip for the fans and the actors alike, plus they all seem to be having the time of their lives, and you will feel like you are right there with them. Shane Kipple, who played Spinner on the show, wrote on Instagram, “All of the energy, laughter, and fun captured in the video was as naturally occurring and genuine as can be.”

4. A “Seinfeld” Storyline “Curb Your Enthusiasm”

On curbing his enthusiasm, Larry David, co-producer of Seinfeld, played a fictional version of himself in 2009; Their two shows came together in a series of tongue-in-cheek episodes from Season 7. Four primary artists of Seinfeld are brought together for a reunion show. The ensuing table read is exaggerated and feels super meta, but it’s also a lot of fun. The Curb crew even went the extra mile, recreating the old Seinfeld sets in a pretty accurate manner with just a few modern touches. HBO promoted the episodes with the cruel and unusual tagline “It’s not a TV reunion, but it’s the closest you’ll get.”

3. The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air

The fans may still be able to sing each word of the theme song without missing a beat but it’s been over 25 years since The Fresh Prince wrapped its final season, are you feeling old yet the groundbreaking sitcom focused around a black family living in a Bel-Air Mansion it made us laugh while busting stereotypes and catapulted Will Smith to stardom in 2020 the cast came together to film a reunion special for HBO Max they told funny stories, put old grievances to bed, and paid tribute to the late James Avery, who played Uncle Phil in the show and sadly died in 2013.

Ministries restored the original characters, including Rory’s romantic interests as well as the fun and strange aspects of Stars Hollow. Ever since we said goodbye to the iconic 90s sitcom, there has been talk of a Friends reunion, so we never got a movie or a TV reunion, but that was a good idea. The reunion special was a nice compromise and just felt uniformly lovely. There were some great celeb cameos, but the best part was seeing the cast back together on the old sets laughing and reminiscing. It was all more emotional than any of us had expected. The old chemistry was still there, and they even got us shipping Ross and Rachel again. Among all, this reunion was a welcome indifferent trip that perfectly understood the assignment.
