At 10:45 a.m., the shares of Adani Green Energy Limited were trading in the green at Rs. 935.45 on BSE, up by around 1 percent, as against its previous closing price of Rs. 929.2, with a market cap of Rs. 1.48 lakh crores. The stock hit its 52-week high at Rs. 2,091.85 on 26th September 2024, and is trading at a discount of around 55 percent from its current price levels.

As per the latest exchange filings, Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL), through its various step-down subsidiaries, has successfully operationalised a total of 87.5 MW of solar power projects at Khavda, Gujarat. These projects include a 75 MW installation under Adani Renewable Energy Forty Five Limited and a 12.5 MW installation under Adani Renewable Energy Fifty Six Limited.
With the commissioning of these plants, AGEL’s total operational renewable energy capacity has increased to 16,078 MW, further strengthening its position as a leading clean energy provider.

Adani Green reported a significant growth in its revenue from operations, showing a year-on-year increase of around 36 percent from Rs. 2,794 crores in Q1 FY25 to Rs. 3,800 crores in Q1 FY26. Likewise, its net profit increased during the same period from Rs. 629 crores to Rs. 824 crores, representing a rise of about 31 percent YoY.
Adani Green Energy Limited is engaged in the business of power generation, sale of solar & wind power equipment, project management consultancy services, and other related ancillary activities and the sale of renewable power equipment. Additionally, the company is developing a solar park at Khavda spread across 538 sq. km..
