United Breweries Ltd with a market capitalization of Rs. 53,921 crores, is trading at Rs. 2,023.5, down by 0.6 percent from its previous closing price of Rs. 2035.80.

Q1FY26 Results

United Breweries ltd reported Rs. 2,864 crores in revenue for the first quarter of FY26, a slight 15.72 percent increase over the Rs. 2,475 crores for the same period in FY25. However, from Rs. 2,323 crores in Q4 FY25, revenue increased by about 23.29 percent sequentially.

The consolidated net profit for the first quarter of FY26 was Rs. 183.71 crores, which was up by 88.65 percent compared to Rs. 97.38 crores reported in the previous quarter and 6 percent higher year over year than Rs. 173.28 crores in Q1 FY25. Profit growth was also reflected in earnings per share (EPS), which increased to approximately Rs. 6.95 in Q1 FY26 from Rs. 6.56 in Q1 FY25 and Rs. 3.69 in Q4 FY25. 

In Q1FY26, United Breweries Ltd (UBL) reported 11 percent growth in overall sales volumes. The highest growth came from South India with 16 percent increase, particularly in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, followed by West grew 13 percent, supported by Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Goa, and The North saw an 8 percent rise, mainly from Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan, though partially offset by a decline in Punjab. However, the East region recorded a 1 percent drop due to weaker volumes in West Bengal and Odisha despite growth in Assam. Premium beer volumes, led by Kingfisher Ultra, Heineken Silver, and Amstel Grande, rose sharply to 46 percent, helping improve the company’s profitability.
