The shares of the prominent infrastructure company gained up to 4 percent in today’s trading session after the company announced the strengthening of its strategic partnership with Diehl Defence.
With a market capitalization of Rs 16,617.70 crore, the shares of Reliance Infrastructure Ltd were trading at Rs 419.50 per share, increasing around 3.73 percent as compared to the previous closing price of Rs 404.40 apiece.
The shares of Reliance Infrastructure Ltd have seen positive movement after strengthening its strategic partnership with Diehl Defence, with the objective of the current Strategic Cooperation Agreement being to focus on the urgent supply of the System Vulcano 155mm Precision Guided Munition for the Indian Armed Forces.

Moreover, this partnership will gain from Reliance’s greenfield manufacturing facility under development in the Watad Industrial Area, Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. Once operational, the plant will have the capacity to produce 200,000 artillery shells annually, along with 10,000 tonnes of explosives and 2,000 tonnes of propellant, strengthening defense manufacturing capabilities.
Looking forward to the company’s financial performance, revenue decreased by 12 percent from Rs 4,686 crore in Q4FY24 to Rs 4,108 crore in Q4FY25. Further, during the same time frame, net loss turned into profit from a loss of Rs 98 crore to a profit of Rs 8,262 crore.
The company’s ongoing projects are 2 x 600 MW Raghunathpur Thermal Power Station, 2400 MW Gas-Based Combined Cycle Power Project in Samalkot, and infrastructure development at Sasan Mine (Moher and Moher-Amlori extension) are being executed by Reliance Power Ltd.
