The supply will be executed domestically, with timelines of 3 months for the first component and 5 months for the second. The total order value stands at Rs. 19.98 lakh (inclusive of GST).
The company secured another order from Indian Railways – Eastern Railway involving the supply of 991 Stiffener Plates, 200 Corner Stanchions, 50 Door Assemblies (Double Link) for BOBRN Wagon, and 240 Fabricated Hand Brake Wheels for BOXNR Wagon. Execution timelines range from 1 to 3 months, and the order is fully domestic. The total order value is Rs. 42.24 lakh (inclusive of GST).
The largest order comes from Indian Railways – Southern Railway for the supply of multiple wagon components including 900 Coupler Rods, 40 Body Side Stanchions, 180 Centre Sill Hat Sections, 832 Stiffener Plates, and large quantities of End Stanchions, Side Stanchions, Top Copings, and Taper Packing components. Execution periods range from 3 to 8.5 months, depending on the item. The gross order value is Rs. 870.12 lakh (inclusive of GST).
Cosmic CRF secured another major order from Indian Railways – South Eastern Railway for the supply of 5,005 Body Side Stanchions, 150 Body Side Stanchions, 180 Body Side Stanchions, and 7,440 Doorway Stiffening Cross Bars for BOXN and BOXNHL wagons. Delivery timelines stretch from 2 months to 11 months. The total order value is Rs. 486.39 lakh (inclusive of GST).
An order from Indian Railways – Western Railway requires the supply of 225 Side Middle Copings and 1,455 Stiffener Plates of Front Carrier Plate, all to be executed domestically within 2–3 months. The contract value amounts to Rs. 8.26 lakh (inclusive of GST).
Cosmic CRF Limited received an order from Indian Railways – West Central Railway to supply 11 Body Side Arrangements with Flap Door and 40 End Top Copings for BOXNHL & BOXNHL MBS Wagons, with execution periods of 4 to 7.5 months. The order value is Rs. 7.99 lakh (inclusive of GST).
The company obtained an order from Indian Railways – Central Railway for the supply of 15 Stainless Steel Sheets (IRS M-44 spec) and 1,700 Doorway Stiffener Crossbars (Assembled). The execution timeframe is 7 months for the sheets and 3 months for the crossbars. The total order value is Rs. 71.04 lakh (inclusive of GST).
H1 FY26 Results
Cosmic CRF Limited reported Rs. 304.45 crore in revenue for the H1 FY26, an 79.8 percent increase over the Rs. 169.38 crore for the same period in FY25. It increased by 31.1 percent as compared to Rs. 232.25 crore in H2 FY25.
The company’s EBITDA for H1 FY26 stood at Rs. 37.84 crore, up by 72.6 percent from Rs. 21.93 crore in H1 FY25, and inclined by 68.7 percent from Rs. 22.42 crore in H2 FY25.
The consolidated net profit for the H1 FY26 was Rs. 24.50 crore, which was 39.4 percent higher than the Rs. 17.58 crore reported in H1 FY25 and increased by 114 percent from Rs. 11.45 in H2 FY25. Profit growth was also reflected in earnings per share (EPS), which increased to approximately Rs. 29.89 in H1 FY26 from Rs. 21.44 in H1 FY25 and Rs. 13.71 in H2 FY25.
