Financial Highlights

Balu Forge reported its highest ever revenue from operations of Rs 924 crores in FY25, up by 65 percent from Rs 560 crores in FY24. On a year-on-year basis, revenue surged by 67.70 percent to Rs 270 crores in Q4 FY25 from Rs 161 crores in Q4 FY24. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, revenue increased by 5.47 percent from Rs 256 crores in Q3 FY25.

The company posted a net profit of Rs 204 crores in FY25, up by 117.02 percent from Rs 94 crores in FY24. On a year-on-year basis, net profit surged by 125 percent to Rs 63 crores in Q4 FY25 from Rs 28 crores in Q4 FY24. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, net profit grew by 6.78 percent from Rs 59 crores in Q3 FY25. It also announced a dividend of Rs 0.15 per share, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM of the Company

In FY25, the company’s operating cash flow increased by 566 percent to Rs 148 crore, aided by increased EBITDA and improved collection of receivables. With net cash of Rs 60 crore and total debt of Rs 36 crore, its debt-to-equity ratio fell to 0.03x in FY25 from 0.09x in FY24. Working capital days also decreased to 104 from 129. Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) increased to 30.1 percent, indicative of improved asset efficiency and operational efficiencies.
