With a market capitalization of Rs 9,451 crores, the shares of Belrise Industries Ltd hit an all-time high of Rs 108.98 per share, up by 7 percent from its previous day closing price of Rs 101.92 per share. Since its debut (May 25), it has delivered a return of 12 percent.
Financial Highlights
Belrise Industries reported a consolidated revenue of Rs 8,290.8 crores in FY25, up 10.78 percent from Rs 7,484.1 crores in FY24. On a year-on-year basis, revenue grew 49 percent to Rs 2,274.3 crores in Q4 FY25 from Rs 1,526.2 crores in Q4 FY24. On a quarterly basis, revenue increased 4.97 percent from Rs 2,166.7 crores.
The company reported a net profit of Rs 355.4 crores in FY25, up 13.23 percent from Rs 313.8 crores in FY24. On a year-on-year basis, net profit rose 574.23 percent to Rs 110 crores in Q4 FY25 from Rs 16.3 crores in Q4 FY24. Sequentially, net profit increased 9.45 percent from Rs 100.5 crores.
Its 2-wheeler segment contributed the highest to the topline, which is 81.3 percent, followed by CV with 7.3 percent, PV with 4.4 percent, 3-wheeler with 3.6 percent, and other with 3.5 percent. With the IPO proceeds, it repaid a debt of Rs 1,596 crores.
Belrise Industries Limited operates a diversified automotive components business in India, catering to the two-wheeler, three-wheeler, and four-wheeler industries.
The company’s products include a wide range of products made with different processes, including metal and polymer processing, surface treatment, packaging and suspension systems and mirror systems, foundry, e-mobility solutions, bikes and e-mobility chassis, etc.
The company also produces rearview mirrors, clutch systems, flywheels, crankshafts, hubs, calipers, and control arms. In addition to its automotive products, the company also produces home safety devices (locks, bolts) and appliance components (fridge trays, baskets, components for thermostats).
