Reason for Rise
The shares of Force Motors Ltd have seen bullish movement after reporting positive results in Q4FY25, Revenue increased by 25 percent on a quarter-on-quarter basis from Rs 1,889 crore in Q3FY25 to Rs 2,356 crore in Q4FY25. Further, revenue zoomed by 17 percent year on year, from Rs 2,011 crore in Q4FY24 to Rs 2,356 crore in Q4FY25.
The company’s net profit increased by 278 percent on a quarter-on-quarter basis, from Rs. 115 crore in Q3FY25 to Rs. 435 crore in Q4FY25. Further, net profit magnified significantly by 210 percent year on year from Rs 140 crore in Q4FY24 to Rs 435 crore in Q4FY25.
The company posted a strong FY24- 25 performance, with revenue surging 15 percent from Rs 6,992 crore to Rs 8,072 crore. Net profit jumped 106 percent, rising from Rs 388 crore to Rs 801 crore, reflecting robust growth and improved profitability over the previous financial year. The board of directors also approved a dividend of Rs 40 (400%) per equity share of Rs 10 each to the shareholders for the FY 2024-25.

In the company’s recent shareholding pattern, the Promoters of the company own 61.63 percent while Retail shareholders own a 28.58 percent stake in the company, and domestic Institutional Investors own a 1.43 percent stake.
