Synopsis:
TPG Asia VII SF is set to fully exit Sai Life Sciences, and CIM Investment Fund ICAV has acquired a stake in Capital Infra Trust, indicating strong institutional interest.

With a market capitalization of Rs. 18,005.80 crore, Sai Life Sciences Limited is trading at Rs. 863.80, down by 4.76 percent from its previous close of Rs. 906.95. The stock touched an intraday low of Rs. 853.70 in today’s trading session.
As per sources, TPG Asia VII SF is likely to exit the company by offloading its entire 14.72 percent stake, totalling 3.07 crore equity shares, through block deals. The transaction is expected to be worth around Rs. 2,500 crore, with a floor price set at Rs. 860 per share.
2. Capital Infra Trust
Capital Infra Trust, formerly National Infrastructure Trust, is an infrastructure investment trust launched in September 2023 under the sponsorship of Gawar Construction. Established to operate as an InvIT in line with SEBI InvIT Regulations, it focuses on acquiring and managing infrastructure assets. Axis Trustee Services Limited serves as its trustee, and its units have been listed on NSE and BSE since January 17, 2025.
Capital Infra Trust with market capitalization of Rs. 2,116.72 crore, is trading at Rs. 76.86, down by 0.14 percent from previous close price of Rs. 76.97 per equity share. The stock touched an intraday low of Rs. 76.76 in today’s trading session.
As per the latest bulk deal on NSE, CIM Investment Fund ICAV, has acquired 29.20 lakh shares of Capital Infra Trust worth ~Rs. 23.20 crore at an average price of Rs. 79.45. This transaction represents a 1.06 percent stake in the company.
