The company has set, Friday, July 25, 2025, as the “Record Date” for determining entitlement of Equity Shareholders for sub-division/split of existing equity shares of the company, such that 1 equity share having a face value of Rs. 5 each, fully paid up, will be sub-divided into 5 equity shares having a face value of Re. 1 each, fully paid up.
