As per the latest bulk deal on BSE, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, has acquired 41.51 lakh shares of V-Guard Industries Ltd worth ~Rs. 153.60 crore at an average price of Rs. 370. This transaction represents a 0.95 percent stake in the company, with promoter Chittilappilly Thomas Kochuouseph selling the same.
