As per the latest bulk deal, Aalidhra Textool Engineers Private Limited bought 6.75 lakh equity shares, representing a 1.16 percent stake in the company, via an open market transaction on NSE. The transaction was valued at around Rs. 11 crores, executed at an average price of Rs. 164.23 per share.

2. Bohra Industries Limited

With a market cap of Rs. 52.4 crores, shares of a company involved in manufacturing Single Super Phosphate in powder and granulated form hit a 2 percent upper circuit at Rs. 36.62 on BSE, during Monday’s trading session.

Aditi Speciality Packaging Private Limited offloaded 82,683 equity shares, representing a 0.58 percent stake in the company, via a bulk deal on NSE. The transaction was valued at around Rs. 30 lakhs, executed at an average price of Rs. 35.91 per share.

3. P S Raj Steels Limited

With a market cap of Rs. 106.3 crores, shares of a company involved in the manufacturing and supplying of stainless steel pipes and tubes in India moved up by 1.4 percent to Rs. 141 on NSE, during Monday’s trading session.

A foreign portfolio investor (FPI), Vikasa India EIF I Fund – Share Class P, offloaded 42,000 equity shares, representing a 0.56 percent stake in the company, via a bulk deal on NSE. The transaction was valued at around Rs. 58.4 lakhs, executed at an average price of Rs. 139 per share.
