With a market cap of Rs. 168.5 crores, the stock moved down by nearly 4 percent on BSE, falling to Rs. 72.9 on Thursday. As per the latest bulk deal on BSE and NSE, promoter Yogen Khosla offloaded a total of around 3.26 lakh equity shares, equivalent to a 1.42 percent stake, in Capital Trust Limited. The total deal transaction was valued at nearly Rs. 2.5 crores, executed at an average price between Rs. 75.76 to Rs. 75.9 per share. As per the latest shareholding pattern with the BSE, the promoter Yogen Khosla held a 33.91 percent stake in the company.
Capital Trust Limited is a Non-Deposit-taking Systemically Important (ND-SI) registered with the Reserve Bank of India and is engaged in the business of providing loans to Small and Micro Enterprises.
Arisinfra Solutions Limited
With a market cap of Rs. 1,454 crores, the stock moved up by nearly 5 percent on BSE, rising to Rs. 182.3 on Thursday. As per the latest bulk deal on NSE, foreign investors Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius sold around 5.4 lakh shares (0.67 percent stake) at an average price of Rs 183.73 per share, Societe Generale offloaded ~10.22 lakh shares (1.26 percent stake) at Rs. 184.81 per share, and Nova Global Opportunities Fund PCC – Touchstone sold about 5.22 lakh shares (0.64 percent stake) at Rs. 205 per share. The total deal transaction was valued at nearly Rs. 39.5 crores.
Arisinfra Solutions Limited, a B2B technology-enabled company, is engaged in the business of buying and selling construction materials to customers such as real estate and infrastructure developers and contractors.
Awfis Space Solutions Limited
With a market cap of Rs. 4,565 crores, the stock moved down by nearly 1.2 percent on BSE, falling to Rs. 639.8 on Thursday. VBAP Holdings Private Limited offloaded a total of 20 lakh equity shares (or a 2.8 percent stake) in Awfis Space Solutions via a bulk deal transaction on BSE and NSE. The transaction was valued at nearly Rs. 130 crores, executed at an average price between the range of Rs. 650 and Rs. 650.01 per share.
Awfis Space Solutions Limited is engaged in providing a wide range of flexible workspace solutions ranging from individual flexible desk needs to customised office spaces for startups, small and medium enterprises, as well as for large corporates and MNCs.
India Motor Parts & Accessories Limited
With a market cap of Rs. 1,447 crores, the stock moved up by nearly 3.6 percent on BSE, rising to Rs. 1,170.7 on Thursday. Foreign Portfolio Investor (FPI), Pari Washington Company A/C Pari Washington India Master Fund and Pari Washington Investment Fund, offloaded a total of 6.24 lakh equity shares, equivalent to a 5 percent stake, in India Motor Parts via BSE. The total deal transaction was valued at nearly Rs. 72 crores, executed at an average price of Rs. 1,150 per share.
On the buy side, Sundaram Finance Holdings Limited and promoter Trichur Sundaram Santhanam & Family Private Limited purchased the same number of shares together, at an average price between Rs. 1149.99 and Rs. 1,150 per share. India Motor Parts and Accessories Limited is engaged in the sale and distribution of automobile spare parts.
