Canara Robeco Asset Management Co. Ltd is launching a book-building IPO worth Rs. 1,326.13 crore, entirely through an offer for sale of 4.99 crore shares. Canara Robeco is set to launch its IPO from October 9, 2025, to October 13, 2025. The shares are priced in the band of Rs. 253 to Rs. 266 each, with a face value of Rs. 10 per share, and the minimum lot size is 56 shares. The IPO will be listed on both the BSE and NSE, although the exact listing date is yet to be announced.
Canara Bank and ORIX Corporation Europe N.V. are the promoters of Canara Robeco. The promoters currently hold 100% of the company’s shares before the IPO. SBI Capital Markets Ltd. is acting as the book-running lead manager for the issue, while MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd is serving as the registrar.

The Canara Robeco IPO aims to utilize the net proceeds primarily to achieve the benefits of listing its equity shares on the stock exchanges. Additionally, the IPO involves an offer for sale of up to 49,854,357 equity shares, each with a face value of Rs. 10, aggregating to an amount to be raised by the promoter selling shareholders.

In the June 2025 quarter, Canara Robeco Asset Management saw its assets rise to Rs. 735.10 crore, up 9% from Rs. 674.03 crore in March 2025, and net worth increased 10% to Rs. 660.60 crore. Reserves and surplus also grew by 15% to Rs. 461.19 crore.
Between March 2024 and March 2025, Canara Robeco Asset Management Co. Ltd. demonstrated robust financial growth. Revenue rose from Rs. 318.78 crore to Rs. 404.00 crore, a 27% increase, while profit after tax grew from Rs. 151.00 crore to Rs. 190.70 crore, up by 26%. Assets and net worth also expanded significantly, by 30% and 32% respectively, and EBITDA increased by 31%. The only minor decline was in reserves and surplus, which fell slightly by 1%.
