The shares of C2C Advanced Systems Ltd, with a total market capitalization of Rs 499.24 Crore on Monday, hit a 5 percent upper circuit at Rs 304.75 per share in today’s trade. As of 10:00 am, the shares slightly retreated and were trading at Rs 303 per share, which was 4.4 percent higher than the previous closing price of Rs 290.25.
What Happened
P V R Multimedia Private Limited, a Promoter of the Company, acquired 600 Equity shares on March 10, 2025, an additional 3000 equity shares the next day, and a subsequent 1,800 shares on March 11, 2025, totalling to 5,400 shares of the company, through open market transactions.
As a result, the aggregate shareholding of the Promoter group has increased from 40.79 percent to 40.82 percent of the total paid-up equity share capital of the Company. As of December 2024, P V R Multimedia Private Limited holds a stake of 21.89 percent in C2C Advanced Systems Ltd.
