During Friday’s trading session, shares of an electronic, electro-mechanical and engineering design, manufacturing and supplies company moved up by nearly 4.4 percent to hit an intraday high at Rs. 196 on BSE, with a market cap of Rs. 5,903 crores.

As per the June 2025 shareholding pattern, the Promoters hold a 50.65 percent stake in the company, while the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) hold a 6.58 percent stake. Retail Investors and Domestic Institutional Investors (DII) hold a 41.37 percent and 1.41 percent stake in Apollo Micro Systems, respectively.
What’s noteworthy is the sharp jump in institutional interest over the last quarter: FII holdings surged from just 0.93 percent in March 2025 to 6.58 percent in June 2025, a rise of 5.65 percentage points. Similarly, DII holdings increased by 1.04 percent, from 0.37 percent to 1.41 percent.

Apollo Micro Systems experienced significant growth in its revenue from operations, showing a year-on-year rise of around 20 percent from Rs. 135 crores in Q4 FY24 to Rs. 162 crores in Q4 FY25.
Similarly, its net profit increased during the same period from Rs. 13 crores to Rs. 14 crores, indicating a marginal rise of around 8 percent YoY. As of Q4 FY25, the company holds an order book of Rs. 615 crores, and the management is optimistic about tripling this figure by March 2026.
Looking ahead, the company is projecting a standalone revenue CAGR of 45-50 percent over the next two years, while on a consolidated level, AMS expects to double its revenue in FY26.
Apollo Micro Systems Limited (AMS) is mainly engaged in the supply of electronics and electro-mechanical systems and components including the design, research & development of systems which are used in missile programmes (weapon systems electronics), underwater missile programmes (weapon systems electronics), avionic systems, ship-borne systems, submarine systems, etc.
The company offers product-based solutions within aerospace systems, including on-board electronic weapon systems and ground support equipment for missile systems, catering to the Missile Defence sector.
