Rossell Techsys signs long-term IDIQ contract with Boeing to produce 1,200 T-7A Red Hawk electrical panel assemblies through 2033, reinforcing its position as a trusted partner in Boeing’s global aerospace supply chain.
During Monday’s trading session, shares of a leading Indian aerospace and defence company specialising in high-reliability engineering and manufacturing services surged nearly 11 percent to a record high at Rs. 832 on BSE, after the company signed an MoU to supply electrical panel assemblies for Boeing’s T-7A Red Hawk.
At 12:22 p.m., the shares of Rossell Techsys Limited were trading in the green at Rs. 789.5 on BSE, up by around 5.3 percent, as against its previous closing price of Rs. 749.55, with a market cap of Rs. 2,976 crores. So far in 2025, the stock has delivered positive returns of over 70 percent, and has gained by around 16 percent in the last one month.

According to the latest exchange filings, Rossell Techsys Limited has signed a long-term Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Boeing to manufacture electrical panel assemblies for the T-7A Red Hawk, Boeing’s advanced pilot training system.
Under the agreement, Rossell Techsys is authorised to produce up to 1,200 shipsets through 2033. This new engagement builds on the company’s successful execution of a prior IDIQ contract for wire harness assemblies for the same platform.
The T-7A Red Hawk is Boeing’s fully digitally designed, built, and tested training aircraft. Rossell Techsys has been involved with the program since its engineering, manufacturing, development, and early flight test stages.
In addition to the T-7A Red Hawk, Rossell Techsys supports Boeing across several major defence platforms, including the F/A-18 Super Hornet, F-15 Eagle, AH-64 Apache, CH-47 Chinook, V-22 Osprey, P-8 Poseidon, KC-46 Pegasus, and other derivative platforms. To date, the company has delivered over 1.6 lakh critical assemblies to Boeing.

Rossell Techsys reported a significant growth in revenue from operations, experiencing a year-on-year rise of nearly 93 percent, from Rs. 45 crores in Q1 FY25 to Rs. 87 crores in Q1 FY26. Similarly, the company achieved a strong turnaround, shifting from a net loss of Rs. 4 crores in Q1 FY25 to a net profit of Rs. 3.3 crores in Q1 FY26.
To meet the rising demand across key programmes, Rossell Techsys will add 15,000 sq. ft. of production space within its existing Bengaluru facility. The expansion, with a planned investment of Rs. 1.5 crore, is expected to be operational by Q3 FY26 (by December 2025).
