In Q1 FY26, Ideaforge Technology Ltd reported revenues of Rs.127.8 million, which is a sharp drop of 37 percent QoQ from Rs.203.1 million in Q4 FY25. The company also posted a loss after tax of Rs.235.6 million in Q1 FY26, slightly improving from a larger loss of Rs.257.0 million in the previous quarter.
The company’s revenue from operations decreased by 85 percent year-on-year, falling from Rs.816.9 million in Q1FY25 to Rs.127.8 million in Q1FY26. In terms of profitability, the company reported a net profit of Rs.11.7 million in Q1FY25, which turned into a net loss of Rs.235.6 million in Q1FY26. This represents a negative shift of Rs.223.9 million.

During Q1 FY26, Ideaforge Technology Ltd secured a significant emergency procurement order worth Rs.137 crore from the Indian Army for its mini-UAVs. The company’s drones were also deployed during Operation Sindoor, showcasing their readiness for real battlefield conditions.
During Operation Sindoor, the company carried out its field trials, showcasing the long-range performance of its ZOLT drones and strong resistance to electronic warfare.
Ideaforge Technology Ltd partnered with HFCL to expand its global presence for advanced drones. It also took part in major international exhibitions in Japan, the USA, France, and the Czech Republic.
