The stock has delivered negative returns of around 48 percent in the last one year, and has fallen by over 6 percent in the last one month.

As per the June 2025 shareholding pattern, Jayakumar Narayanswami, Nirad D Mehta, and Pankaj I Jain, as trustees of BHL Securities Trust, together held a total of 2.43 percent stake in Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar.

Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar reported a marginal decline in its revenue from operations, showing a year-on-year decrease of around 10 percent from Rs. 1,386 crores in Q1 FY25 to Rs. 1,248 crores in Q1 FY26. Likewise, its net loss increased during the same period from Rs. 67 crores to Rs. 174 crores, representing a rise of about 160 percent YoY. Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar Limited is engaged in the business of manufacturing sugar and alcohol, along with the generation of power.
The company operates 14 sugar plants with a combined crushing capacity of 1,36,000 TCD, 6 distilleries with an aggregate industrial alcohol production capacity of 800 kilolitres per day, and 14 co-generation plants with a total power generation capacity of 449 MW.
