The shares of an EV company, specializing in manufacturing electric vehicles and their key components, including battery packs, motors, and vehicle frames, are in focus following the Bulk Deal involving Kia Corporation.With a market capitalization of Rs. 21,763.03 crores on Wednesday, the shares of Ola Electric Mobility Ltd declined by upto 1.05 percent, making a low of Rs. 48.81 per share compared to its previous closing price of Rs. 49.33  per share.

Ola Electric Mobility Ltd experienced a bulk deal, in which Kia Corporation sold 2.72 crore (27,170,706) shares at an average price of Rs. 50.55 per share on June 3, 2025. The total transaction value amounted to approximately Rs. 137.36 crores.

Along with it, Hyundai Motor Company sold 10.89 crore (108,868,928) shares at an average price of Rs. 50.70 per share, resulting in a total value of about Rs. 552.17 crores. Furthermore, Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius Pvt Ltd also executed a bulk purchase, acquiring 8.61 crore (86,145,962) shares at an average price of Rs. 50.55 each on June 3, 202, and the total value of this transaction was approximately Rs. 435.47 crores.

Financials & Others

The company’s total revenue declined by 56 percent from Rs. 1,671 crore to Rs. 728 crore in Q4FY24-25. Meanwhile, Net loss from Rs. 416 crore increased to a loss of Rs. 870 crore during the same period.

The company maintains a low debt-to-equity ratio of 0.69, indicating strong financial health. Over the past three years, it has delivered robust growth, with average annual revenue rising by 137.62 percent and net profit increasing by 26.42 percent on average.
