Radico Khaitan Limited is engaged in the business of manufacturing alcohol and alcoholic products such as Indian-made foreign liquor and country liquor. Some of the brands sold by it are Magic Moments Vodka, Regal Talons Premium Grain whisky, 8 Pm Premium Black Whiskey, and many more. 

Radico Khaitan Limited’s alcoholic beverages like Magic Moments Vodka and Morpheus Super Premium Brandy holds a leading market share of 60 percent and 64 percent respectively. 

Price Action 

With a market capitalization of Rs. 30,532 Crores, the shares of Radico Khaitan Limited closed at Rs. 2,282.55 per equity share, up 0.75 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 2265.45. 

Q2FY25 Results 

Its Revenue from operations grew by 10 percent YoY from Rs. 3,569.06 Crores in Q2FY24 to Rs. 3,906.58 Crores in Q2FY25 and it declined by 8 percent QoQ from Rs. 4,265.62 Crores in Q1FY25 to Rs. 3,906.58 Crores in Q2FY25. 

Its Net Profit grew by 25 percent YoY from Rs. 64.83 Crores in Q2FY24 to Rs. 80.66 Crores in Q2FY25 and it grew by 4 percent QoQ from Rs. 77.38 Crores in Q1FY25 to Rs. 80.66 Crores in Q2FY25. Its Net Profit Margin increased from 1.81 percent in Q2FY24 to 2.06 percent in Q2FY25. 

The volume values for its Indian Made Foreign Liquor declined by 2.5 percent to 6.78 million cases and its Prestige & Above brand’s volume grew by 12.6 percent to 3.20 Million Cases.

With a market capitalization of Rs. 51,112 Crores, the shares of United Breweries Limited closed at Rs. 1,933.10 per equity share, down 2.38 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 1,980.25. 

Q2FY25 Results 

Its Revenue from operations grew by 13 percent YoY from Rs. 4,192.86 Crores in Q2FY24 to Rs. 4,743.56 Crores in Q2FY25 and it declined by 18 percent QoQ from Rs. 5,811.28 Crores in Q1FY25 to Rs. 4,743.56 Crores in Q2FY25. 

Its Net Profit grew by 24 percent YoY from Rs. 107.17 Crores in Q2FY24 to Rs. 132.33 Crores in Q2FY25 and it declined by 25 percent QoQ from Rs. 177.05 Crores in Q1FY25 to Rs. 132.33 Crores in Q2FY25. Its Net Profit Margin increased from 2.54 percent in Q2FY24 to 2.78 percent in Q2FY25.
