The Edible oils segment includes crude oils, refined oils, vanaspati, bakery fats, seed extractions, and others. 

Price Action 

With a market capitalization of Rs. 64,078 Crores, the shares of Patanjali Foods Limited were trading at Rs. 1,770.15 per equity share, down 0.27 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 1,774.90. 

Stake Increase 

In Q2FY25 GQG Partners emerging markets equity fund increased its holding stake in Patanjali Foods Limited from 3.19 percent in Q1FY25 to 4.72 percent in Q2FY25 by adding a 1.53 percent stake.

Financials and Ratios 

Its Revenue from operations declined by 7.65 percent from Rs. 7,767.1 Crores in Q1FY24 to Rs. 7,173.06 Crores in Q1FY25, accompanied by profits of Rs. 87.75 Crores to Rs. 262.9 Crores. 

Ambuja Cements

Ambuja Cements Limited is part of the Indian Conglomerate the Adani Group and is among the leading cement companies in India, it is primarily engaged in the business of manufacturing and sale of cement and cement-related products under the brand names, Ambuja Cement, Ambuja Kawach, Ambuja Cool walls, and many more. 

Price Action 

With a market capitalization of Rs. 1,41,864 Crores, the shares of Ambuja Cements Limited were trading at Rs. 575.95 per equity share, up 0.71 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 571.90. 

Stake Increase 

In Q2FY25 GQG Partners emerging markets equity fund increased its holding stake in Ambuja Cements Limited from 1.35 percent in Q1FY25 to 2.05 percent in Q2FY25 by adding a 0.70 percent stake. 

Financials and Ratios 

Its Revenue from operations declined by 4.61 percent from Rs. 8,712.9 Crores in Q1FY24 to Rs. 8,311.48 Crores in Q1FY25, accompanied by profits of Rs. 1,135.46 Crores to Rs. 789.63 Crores.
