The promoters of Himadri Speciality Chemical have increased holdings from 50.78 percent in Q2 FY25 to 51.56 percent in Q3 FY25.
The company recorded an 8 percent YoY increase in revenue from Rs 1,053 crore to Rs 1,141 crore. This was accompanied by a 29 percent YoY increase in net profits from Rs 109 crore to Rs 141 crore.
UPL Ltd
UPL Ltd is engaged in the business of industrial chemicals, agrochemicals, specialty chemicals, chemical intermediates, and the production and sale of field crops and vegetable seeds.
With a market capitalization of Rs 55,508.57 crore, the stock closed at a price of Rs 647.05, a slight increase compared to the previous closing price.
The promoters of UPL have increased holdings from 32.52 percent in Q2 FY25 to 33.51 percent in Q3 FY25.
The company recorded a 10 percent YoY increase in revenue from Rs 9,887 crore to Rs 10,907 crore. The company’s net profits stood at Rs 853 in Q3 as compared to a loss of Rs 1,607 crore in the previous year.
Poonawalla Fincorp Ltd
Poonawalla Fincorp Limited, formerly known as Magma Fincorp Limited, is an RBI-registered non-deposit-taking NBFC. It focuses on consumer and MSME financing, along with general insurance services.
With a market capitalization of Rs 21,496.40 crore, the stock closed at a price of Rs 276.30 which is 2.4 percent lower than the previous closing price.
The promoters of Poonawalla Fincorp have increased holdings from 61.87 percent in Q2 FY25 to 62.36 percent in Q3 FY25.
The company reported a 37 percent YoY increase in total income from Rs 774 crore to Rs 1,057 crore. The net profits however fell 92 percent from Rs 265 crore to Rs 21 crore in Q3 FY25.
