The company’s return on equity increased from 12.92 percent in FY22 to 25.75 percent in FY23, while the return on capital employed rose from 16.93 percent to 31.43 percent during the same period.
Focus Lighting & Fixtures operational revenue has increased by 60 percent year on year, from Rs 105 crore in FY 21-22 to Rs 165 crore in FY 22-23. During the same period, net profit climbed by 450 percent, from Rs 4 crore to Rs 22 crore.
In the recent financial year, the company reported a net profit margin of 13.46 percent and an operating margin of 17.94 percent.
In the previous six months, the stock has gained by 12 percent, and in the last year, it has gained by 302 percent.
As per the latest shareholding pattern, The promoters hold a 56.8 percent stake in the company, and retail investors hold a 43.21 percent stake in the company.
