Ambuja Cements 

Ambuja Cements Limited is part of the Indian Conglomerate the Adani Group and is among the leading cement companies in India, it is primarily engaged in the business of manufacturing and sale of cement and cement-related products under the brand names, Ambuja Cement, Ambuja Kawach, Ambuja Cool Walls, and many more. 

As of FY24, Ambuja Cements Limited has a cement capacity of 77MTPA, has a Proposed acquisition to add 14 MTPA capacity, has a provided potential to expand an additional 3 MTPA with surplus clinker in Jodhpur IU, and aims to achieve 140 MTPA Capacity by 2028. 

With a market capitalization of Rs. 1,66,925 Crores, the shares of Ambuja Cements Limited closed at Rs. 677.70 per equity share, down 1.84 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 690.40. 

As of Q1FY25, the promoters of Ambuja Cements Limited have increased their holding in the company from 66.74 percent in Q4FY24 to 70.33 percent in Q1FY25, by purchasing an additional 3.59 percent stake. 

Its revenue from operations grew by 11.65 percent from Rs. 7,966 Crores in Q4FY23 to Rs. 8,894 Crores in Q4FY24, accompanied by profits of Rs. 763 Crores to Rs. 1,526 Crores.

Adani Enterprises 

Adani Enterprises Limited is a holding company operating across various businesses like resource management, FMCG, Power, airports, data centers, and many more through its Joint Ventures/subsidiaries/associates. 

With a market capitalization of Rs. 3,43,060 Crores, the shares of Adani Enterprises Limited closed at Rs. 3,090.55 per equity share, down 2.63 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 3,090.55. 

As of Q1FY25, the promoters of Adani Enterprises Limited have increased their holding in the company from 72.61 percent in Q4FY24 to 74.72 percent in Q1FY25, by purchasing an additional 2.11 percent stake. 

Its revenue from operations grew by 0.82 percent from Rs. 28,944 Crores in Q4FY23 to Rs. 29,180 Crores in Q4FY24, accompanied by profits of Rs. 781 Crores to Rs. 352 Crores. 

Adani Energy Solutions 

Adani Energy Solutions Limited is engaged in the business of providing end-to-end solutions related to the energy sector with a presence in various facets of energy namely power transmission, distribution, smart metering, cooling solutions, and many more. 

With a market capitalization of Rs. 1,12,698 Crores, the shares of Adani Energy Solutions Limited closed at Rs. 1,010.30 per equity share, up 0.05 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 1,009.75.

As of Q1FY25, the promoters of Adani Energy Solutions Limited have increased their holding in the company from 73.22 percent in Q4FY24 to 74.95 percent in Q1FY25, by purchasing an additional 1.73 percent stake. 

Its revenue from operations grew by 40.18 percent from Rs. 3,358 Crores in Q4FY23 to Rs. 4,707 Crores in Q4FY24, accompanied by profits of Rs. 440 Crores to Rs. 381 Crores. 

Adani Power 

Adani Power Limited, part of the leading Indian conglomerate the Adani Group, is engaged in the business of generating electricity primarily through thermal energy and solar energy. It has operational assets of 15,250+ MW, Under Construction/Development of 3,200 MW and it has proposed a further growth of 5,820 MW. 

With a market capitalization of Rs. 2,67,767 Crores, the shares of Adani Power Limited closed at Rs. 694.25 per equity share, down 0.73 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 699.35. 

As of Q1FY25, the promoters of Adani Power Limited have increased their holding in the company from 71.75 percent in Q4FY24 to 72.71 percent in Q1FY25, by purchasing an additional 0.96 percent stake. 

Its revenue from operations grew by 30.48 percent from Rs. 10,242 Crores in Q4FY23 to Rs. 13,364 Crores in Q4FY24, accompanied by profits of Rs. 5,242 Crores to Rs. 2,737 Crores.

Adani Green Energy 

Adani Green Energy is India’s largest renewable energy producer with its infrastructure strategically located in 12 states. Its total operational capacity consists of 10,934 MW, which includes 7,393 MW from Solar, 1,401 MW from Wind, and 2,140 MW from Hybrid. 

With a market capitalization of Rs. 2,73,000 Crores, the shares of Adani Green Energy Limited closed at Rs. 1,723.45 per equity share, down 1.45 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 1,748.75. 

As of Q1FY25, the promoters of Adani Green Energy Limited have increased their holding in the company from 56.37 percent in Q4FY24 to 57.51 percent in Q1FY25, by purchasing an additional 1.14 percent stake. 

Its revenue from operations declined by 2.73 percent from Rs. 2,598 Crores in Q4FY23 to Rs. 2,527 Crores in Q4FY24, accompanied by profits of Rs. 507 Crores to Rs. 310 Crores.
