Indian shares were flat in choppy trading on Wednesday as the markets experienced volatility. The BSE Sensex ended 54 points or 0.09% higher to close at 59,085 while the NSE Nifty jumped by 27 points or 0.16% higher at 17,604. 

Amid the volatility, here are some stocks which have spiked by 20 per cent on Wednesday:

Medicamen Biotech Limited 

The shares of Medicamen Biotech Ltd opened at Rs 903 and started rallying to hit an upper circuit of 20 per cent at Rs 1078 in the early trading hours. In the last five days, the stock price has spiked by more than 45 per cent and in a month it has gone up by 53 per cent. 

SVP Global Textiles Limited 

The shares of SVP Global Textiles opened at Rs 34 and started rallying to hit an upper circuit of 20 per cent at Rs 41 in the early trading hours. In the last five days, the stock price has spiked by more than 19 per cent and in a month it has gone up by 10 per cent. 

Jindal Photo Limited 

The stock opened at Rs 235 and spiked by 20 per cent to hit an upper circuit. The stock closed at Rs 278. In the last five days, the stock has gained 22 per cent and in a month it has added 25 per cent. 

Lyka Labs Limited 

The stock opened at Rs 114 and scaled by 20 per cent to hit an upper circuit. The scrip closed at Rs 138. The stock has been volatile and in a month it has gained only 9 per cent. 

Shreyas Shipping & Logistics Limited 

The shares of the company opened at Rs 333 and zoomed by 20 per cent to hit an upper circuit. The scrip closed at Rs 393. In the past month, the stock has gained more than 23 per cent.
