Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services Ltd received an order from the Commissionerate of Sagar Sambhag, Madhya Pradesh, according to the Exchange filing, to take over the hospital’s premises because the land specified in the said order belongs to the Madhya Pradesh government, the company said there will be no immediate impact on the ongoing operations at Ramaraja Hospital.
On February 18, 2022, Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services Ltd purchased a 100% equity share from M/s. Ramraja Multispeciality Hospital & Trauma Centre Private Ltd, hereafter referred to as “Ramraja Hospital.”
At first, the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) purchased 0.962 and 0.418 hectares of land out of the 5.698 hectares that Ramraja Hospital had originally purchased from various parties. The NHAI was compensated for the land it had purchased.
Yatharth Hospitals achieved net debt-free status during the quarter, and during that time, finance costs dropped by 50% QoQ and 42% YoY to Rs. 29 mn. The full effect of debt reduction on financing costs will become apparent in Q3 of this year.
