On Wednesday, Valiant Laboratories Ltd shares closed at Rs 174 per share. The company has a market capitalization of Rs 758 crore. 

According to NSE bulk deal data, Vikasa India EIF Fund – Incube Global Opportunities Bought 2,82,000 equity shares in the company for Rs 176.64 per share. 

Valiant Laboratories Limited is a pharmaceutical ingredient manufacturing company in India, which is primarily engaged in the manufacturing of Paracetamol tablets. 

The company’s revenue has decreased by 32 percent yearly, from Rs 87.96 crore in Q2FY23 to Rs 59.55 crore in Q2FY24. During the same timeframe, Net profit has significantly declined from Rs 8.66 crore to Rs 0.79 crore. 

As per the recent shareholding pattern, the company promoter holds a 74.94 percent stake in the company, while Foreign Institutional Investors hold an 8.64 percent stake in the company and retail investors hold a 14.66 percent stake. 

Global Surfaces Limited 

On Wednesday, Global Surfaces Limited shares closed at Rs 183.50 per share, up 1.44 percent from the previous close price. The company has a market capitalization of Rs 777 crore. 

According to NSE deal data, Vikasa India EIF I Fund – Incube Global Opportunities Bought 2,75,000 Equity shares at an average price in the company of Rs 181.23 per share. 

Global Surfaces Limited is engaged in processing natural stones and manufacturing engineered quartz.

The company’s revenue has declined by 18 percent yearly, from Rs 49.29 crore in Q2FY23 to Rs 40.23 crore in Q2FY24. During the same timeframe, Net profit has decreased by 44 percent from Rs 6.05 crore to Rs 3.36 crore. 

As per the recent shareholding pattern, the company promoter holds a 73.37 percent stake in the company, while Foreign Institutional Investors hold a 1.71 percent stake in the company and retail investors hold a 24.29 percent stake.
