The shares of this real state company gained up to 1.04 percent after the company and its subsidiary received work order from three domestic clients worth Rs 215.57 crore. 

With a market capitalization of Rs 16,648.20 crore, the shares NBCC (India) Ltd were trading at Rs 92.49 per share, increasing around 0.82 percent as compared to the previous closing price of Rs 91.74 apiece. 

According to the company filing, HSCC (India) Limited, a wholly owned Subsidiary of NBCC (India)Limited received a work order for Project management consultant from Central Council for research in yoga & naturopathy worth Rs 76.62 crore with a time period of 24 months. 

Furthermore, the company received another order for construction & renovation work from two domestic clients worth Rs 138.95 crore. 

Looking at the financials, NBCC (India) Ltd’s revenue climbed by 4 percent, from Rs 1,556 crores in Q2FY23 to Rs 1,622 crores in Q2FY24. During the same year, Net Profit fell by 14 percent, from Rs 99 crores to Rs 85 crore. 

As of March 31, 2023, NBCC’s order book was worth about Rs 45,275.01 crore. In fiscal year 2022-23, the business won orders for Rs 4,225.44 Cr, which included the building of a medical college and hospital in Karaikal, Puducherry. 

During fiscal year 2022-23, the corporation executed important projects worth Rs 1,249.82 crore, including AIIMS in Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh, IIT Mandi, NICL Regional Office Complex in Kolkata, and NIT Narela Works in Delhi. 

The company has Secured Major Works in FY 2023-24: Development and Monetisation of major land parcel of Kerala state Housing Board (KSHB) Rs. 2000 Cr, Government Presses Redevelopment Rs 750 crore. 

NBCC Ltd focuses on civil construction projects such as residential and commercial complexes, national security infrastructure, civil sector infrastructure, and PMGSY projects.
