With a market capitalization of Rs 16,156.78 crores, the stocks of Computer Age Management Services Limited (CAMS) started their trading session on Thursday at Rs 3,120.85 and currently trade at Rs 3,286.70, gaining approximately 6 percent compared to the previous closing levels of Rs 3,113.40 apiece.
According to the latest shareholding pattern data, both, Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) & Mutual Funds, have increased their stake in CAMS.
The former increased their stake by 6.09 percent, i.e., from 47.69 percent during Q3FY24 to 53.78 percent during Q4FY24, and the latter, during the same period, raised their stake by 1.26 percent, i.e., from 11.25 percent to 12.51 percent,
During the recent financial quarters, the company’s prime indicators of business, viz, its operating revenues as well as after-tax profits, showed a stellar performance.
The former increased from Rs 255 crores during Q2FY24 to Rs 269 crores during Q3FY24, and the latter, keeping the timeframe the same, took an upward shift from Rs 81 crores to Rs 86 crores.
In addition to the above metrics, the company’s return ratios, viz, the return on equity (RoE) and the return on capital employed (RoCE), were reported at decent numbers during FY23 with the former reported at 36.48 percent, and the latter, at 41.72 percent.
