Share price of this global data analytics company moved up by nearly 5 percent on BSE to hit an intraday high at Rs. 497.2 in the trading session of Wednesday, after reporting Q4 results with a rise in net profit by 32.2 percent YoY and revenue from operations by 21.7 percent YoY. 

With a market capitalisation of Rs. 9,924.6 crore, at 02:29 p.m., the shares of Latent View Analytics Limited were trading in the green at Rs. 482, up by nearly 1.78 percent. 

The fluctuations in the share prices were observed after the company announced the financial results for Q4 FY23-24 and FY24, through the recent filings with the stock exchanges on Tuesday post-market hours. 

The consolidated revenue from operations increased by 21.7 percent YoY from Rs. 141.06 crore in Q4 FY22-23 to Rs. 171.64 crore in Q4 FY23-24 and grew by 3.6 percent QoQ from Rs. 165.7 crore in Q3 FY23-24 to Rs. 171.64 crore in Q4 FY23-24. 

The company witnessed a rise in the net profit by 32.2 percent YoY from Rs. 9.9 crore in Q4 FY22-23 to Rs. 81.55 crore in Q4 FY23-24. However, on a quarter-on-quarter basis, PAT decreased by nearly 2.8 percent from Rs. 46.5 crore in Q3 FY23-24 to Rs. 45.23 crore in Q4 FY23-24. 

The Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation, or EBITDA, increased by 34.2 percent YoY to Rs. 40.4 crore in Q4 FY23-24 from Rs. 30.1 crore in Q4 FY22-23. This improvement in EBITDA translated into a higher consolidated EBITDA margin of 23.5 percent, as compared to 21.4 percent during the same quarter last year. 

The recent acquisition of Decision Point Analytics marks a significant milestone for the company, which will further strengthen its capabilities in the CPG vertical and open a new geography in Latin America. 

The stock has delivered positive returns of nearly 44.6 percent in the last one year, while around 26.7 percent in the last six months. So far in 2024, the company has given about 12.7 percent of positive returns.
