The shares of the leading automotive component manufacturers gained 7.2 percent despite FII, Client Ebene, and CVCIGP II Employee Ebene are likely to disinvest up to 62.53 lakh shares worth Rs 750 crore.
Sansera Engineering Ltd has a market capitalization of Rs 6,943.16 crore, the shares were trading at Rs 1,297.75 per share, increasing drastically around by 6.80 percent as compared to a previous closing price of Rs 1,211.90 apiece.
As of March 2024, Foreign Venture Capital Investors, Cvcigp Ii Employee Ebene Ltd, and Client Ebene Ltd hold 12.2 lakh and 50.30 lakh shares respectively, which is equivalent to 11.66 percent in the Sansera Engineering Ltd, however, FII is likely to offload their entire stake in a block deal. This deal is valued at Rs 750 crore. CNBC reported
Looking forward to the company’s financial, revenue being magnified by 20 percent from Rs 619 crore in Q4FY23 to Rs 746 crore in Q4FY24, and during the same time frame, net profit also soared by 31 percent from Rs 35 crore to Rs 46 crore.
The company’s order book stands strong at Rs 15.9 billion, this order book is expected to mature in the next three years and is well spread across business segments aligned with its long-term vision.
Recently, MMRFIC Technology Private Ltd, a group company of Sansera Engineering Ltd integrated a new R&D facility in Bangalore, integrating Semiconductor Packaging, Precision PCB Assembly, and the Testing & Qualification of in-house developed products as a strategic diversification of its product development range.
Examining the company’s shareholding pattern, the promoter owns 35.04 percent of the company, retail investors own 14.23 percent, domestic institutional investors own 28.56 percent at last Foreign institutional investors own 22.11 percent.
