Lotus Chocolate Company Limited
In Monday’s trading session, the shares of Lotus Chocolate Company hit a 5% upper circuit on BSE to Rs. 1,035.05, as against its previous closing price of Rs. 985.50, with a market capitalisation of Rs. 1,329 crores.
In terms of financials, the company’s revenue from operations for Q1 FY24-25 stood at Rs. 141.3 crores, marking a 337.5 percent YoY rise from Rs. 32.3 crore in Q1 FY23-24, as well as a 114.7 percent growth quarter-on-quarter from Rs. 65.8 crore in Q4 FY23-24.
Similarly, the net profit increased by 4,600% YoY to Rs. 9.4 crore in Q1 FY24-25 as against Rs. 0.2 crore in Q1 FY23-24, and on a quarter-on-quarter basis, it grew by 683.3 percent from Rs. 1.2 crore in Q4 FY23-24.
The stock has delivered multibagger returns of 247 percent in one year as well as 221 percent returns year-to-date.
In 2023, Reliance Consumer Products (RCPL), the FMCG arm of Reliance Retail Ventures (RRVL), acquired a 51 percent stake in Lotus Chocolate Company Limited for a total consideration of Rs. 74 crores.
Lotus Chocolate Company Limited is primarily engaged in the manufacturing of chocolates, cocoa products and other similar products in nature.
Just Dial Limited
In Monday’s trading session, the shares of India’s leading local search engine company jumped by around 1 percent on BSE to hit an intraday high at Rs. 1,310, as against its previous closing price of Rs. 1,280.95, with a market capitalisation of Rs. 10,953 crores.
In terms of financials, the company’s revenue from operations for Q1 FY24-25 stood at Rs. 281 crores, marking a 13.8 percent YoY rise from Rs. 247 crore in Q1 FY23-24, as well as a 4 percent growth quarter-on-quarter from Rs. 270 crore in Q4 FY23-24.
Similarly, the net profit increased by 70 percent YoY to Rs. 141 crore in Q1 FY24-25 as against Rs. 83 crore in Q1 FY23-24, and on a quarter-on-quarter basis, it grew by 21.5 percent from Rs. 116 crore in Q4 FY23-24.
The stock has delivered positive returns of nearly 67 percent in one year as well as around 60 percent returns year-to-date. In 2021, Reliance Retail acquired a controlling stake in Just Dial for Rs. 5,719 crore.

Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited
In Monday’s trading session, the shares of a leading home-grown renewable EPC provider jumped by around 1 percent on BSE to hit an intraday high at Rs. 704, as against its previous closing price of Rs. 686.35, with a market capitalisation of Rs. 15,922 crores.
In terms of financials, the company’s revenue from operations for Q1 FY24-25 stood at Rs. 915.06 crores, marking a 77.7 percent YoY rise from Rs. 515 crore in Q1 FY23-24, but a 22.3 percent decline quarter-on-quarter from Rs. 1,178 crore in Q4 FY23-24.
The net profit increased from a loss of Rs. 95.3 crore in Q1 FY23-24 to a profit of Rs. 4.8 crore in Q1 FY24-25, as well as a growth of 242.8 percent QoQ from Rs. 1.4 crore in Q4 FY23-24 to Rs. 4.8 crore in Q1 FY24-25.
The stock has delivered positive returns of around 70 percent in one year as well as nearly 53 percent returns year-to-date.
Reliance New Energy Solar Ltd (RNEL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of RIL, acquired a 40 percent stake in Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy. This acquisition was completed in October 2021 and involved a total payout of Rs. 2,845 crore.
