The shares of the engineering solution provider gained up to 4 percent after the company’s board fixed the record date for the issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:4. 

With a market capitalization of Rs 970.73 crore, the shares of Mindteck (India) Ltd were trading at Rs 381.00 per share, increasing around 3 percent as compared to the previous closing price of Rs 370.20 apiece. 

Reason for Rise:- 

According to the company filing, Mindteck (India) Ltd’s board of directors has fixed Friday, September 20, 2024, for the Issue and Allotment of Bonus Equity Shares in the ratio 1:4 i.e., 1 (One) new fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 10 each for every 4 (Four) existing fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 10 each held by them.

Financial Condition:- 

Examining the company’s financial performance, revenue increased by 15 percent from Rs 93.41 crore in Q1FY24 to Rs 108.15 crore in Q1FY25, but during the same time frame, net profit increased by 2.4 percent from Rs 6.23 crore to Rs 6.38 crore. 

Remarkable return:- 

The stock has given a multi-bagger return of 104.36 percent in 6 months and a 154.50 percent return in a year. If an individual invested Rs 1 lakh a year ago, it would be worth now Rs 2.54 lakh.

Ratio analysis:- 

The company’s critical ratios show that the return on equity zoomed from 10.91 percent in FY22-23 to 12.37 percent in FY23-24, while the return on capital employed magnified from 13.74 percent to 15.24 percent. The net profit margin (NPM) for fiscal year 23-24 is 7.08 percent.
