With a market capitalization of Rs. 30,794 Crores, the shares of PNB Housing Finance Limited were trading at Rs. 1,185.50 per equity share, up 7 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 1,109.

As per the Bulk/block deals available on NSE, Asia Opportunities V (Mauritius) Limited has sold 16.22 Lalk equity shares of PNB Housing Finance Limited at an average price of Rs. 1,097.30 per equity share, for a total consideration of Rs. 178 Crores

On the other hand, the Government of Singapore has purchased 13.16 Lakh equity shares of PNB Housing Finance Limited at Rs. 1,097.30 for Rs. 144.42 Crores. In Addition, the Monetary Authority of Singapore and Goldman Sachs have purchased 2.14 Lakh shares and 92,000 shares at an average price of Rs. 1,097.30 for Rs. 23.46 Crores and Rs. 10 Crores respectively.
