Semiconductor stock which is the largest global producer of interactive media content for the automotive industry and engaged in providing automotive retail solutions for dealerships worldwide, and many more hits a 5 percent upper circuit in the day’s trade following 485 percent jump in Net Profits in Q2FY25. 

Price Action 

With a market capitalization of Rs. 546 Crores, the shares of IZMO Limited hit a 5 percent upper circuit in the day’s trade at Rs. 386.40 per equity share, from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 368. It has delivered a return of 47 percent in a year. 

Q2FY25 Results 

Its Revenue from operations grew by 31 percent YoY from Rs. 44.75 Crores in Q2FY24 to Rs. 58.55 Crores in Q2FY25 and it grew by 23 percent QoQ from Rs. 47.58 Crores in Q1FY25 to Rs. 58.55 Crores in Q2FY25. 

Its Net Profit grew by 485 percent YoY from Rs. 5.11 Crores in Q2FY24 to Rs. 29.9 Crores in Q2FY25 and it grew by 397 percent QoQ from Rs. 6.02 Crores in Q1FY25 to Rs. 29.9 Crores in Q2FY25. Its Net Profit Margin increased from 11.24 percent in Q2FY24 to 33.24 percent in Q2FY25. 

Foray into Semiconductor 

IZMO Limited has announced the launch of Izmo Microsystems focused on cutting-edge semiconductor packaging and manufacturing which is operational now. This new venture marks the establishment of a state-of-the-art, System-in-Package (SiP) manufacturing facility in Bangalore. 

The new Izmo micro facility will offer fully integrated System-in-Package, SiP solutions that cater to high-density, high-performance systems across multiple industries, poised to meet the growing demand for compact, efficient, and high-performance electronic devices in sectors such as consumer electronics, automotive, telecommunications, and green energy.

It has a strong customer base, some of the Marquee clients for automotive include, Stellantis France, Emil Frey, Audi, Porsche, Nissan, Ford, Toyota, Suzuki, Citroen, Sony, and Hertz.
