Dolly Khanna stock India’s largest producer of white minerals offering innovative products in the field of Functional fillers, Extenders, and Speciality chemicals in focus following the incorporation of a JV firm to carry on the business of production of Construction Chemicals and Building Material products.

With a market capitalization of Rs. 801 Crores, the shares of 20 Microns Limited closed at Rs. 227 per equity share, down 0.57 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 228.30. 

What Happened 

Pursuant to earlier intimation dated January 25, 2024, where the Board of Directors of 20 Microns Limited had approved entering into a JV agreement with Sievert Baustoffe Auslandsbeteiligungen GmbH to establish a Joint Venture firm in India, where Silvert will own a 60 percent stake and 20 Microns will own a 40 percent stake in the new JV. 

Following this today it has incorporated a Joint Venture company in India named Sievert 20 Microns Building Materials Private Limited to carry on the business of production of Construction Chemicals and Building Material related products.

20 Microns Limited is India’s largest producer of white minerals offering innovative products in the field of Functional fillers, Extenders, and Speciality chemicals. It is principally involved in the trading of calcium carbonate and its white minerals used in industries like paint and powder coating, plastic, textiles, rubber, paper textiles, and sealants. 

Ace Investor Investment 

Ace Investor Dolly Khanna has made a fresh position in 20 Microns Limited in Q2FY25 by purchasing a 1.3 percent stake consisting of 4.54 Lakh equity shares. 

Financials & Ratios 

Its revenue from operations grew by 20.27 percent from Rs. 200 Crores in Q2FY24 to Rs. 240 Crores in Q2FY25, accompanied by profits of Rs. 16 Crores in both the years. 

In terms of return ratios, it has reported a return on equity (ROE) of 17.8 percent and a return on capital employed (ROCE) of 21.7 percent. In terms of leverage, it has reported a debt-to-equity ratio of 0.34.
